Owain is a personable, relatable and enthusiastic television presenter, reporter and producer.
 

You will have seen the North Walian, who is now based in Cardiff, presenting and reporting on a wide range of live sports event and entertainment programmes. From Amazon Prime Video’s Autumn Nations Series, Premier Sports United Rugby Championship or on the sofa of S4C’s flagship magazine programme, Heno.

Recently Owain has been commentating on various sports from the Welsh Indigo Premiership rugby to Wales hockey on S4C.

Having previously worked for BBC Radio Cymru/Wales and on Clwb, S4C Owain has experience interviewing athletes from a wide range of sports and backgrounds, such as, Athletics, Football, Cycling, Olympic events and Cricket.

The Law graduate has the drive and creativity to develop and produce his own programmes. From highlights coverage of the Wales strongman competition to a short documentary on an individuals quest to become Wales’ strongest women and how the sport helped her through some dark time - Cryfder: Sioned Halpin, S4C.

In 2018 he set up an events management company that organises charity hospitality events. He has organised evenings with some of the worlds favourite rugby personalities, Sam Warburton, Warren Gatland and Shane Williams to name a few.
